UK-Wide Survey Coverage
Our fire stopping and compartmentation surveys cover the whole United Kingdom: England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Every building gets the same survey method and report format, and every client has one point of contact, whatever the postcode.
Which areas do we cover?
- London & the South
- The Midlands & East of England
- The North of England
- Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland
We do not limit work to particular towns or cities. If your building is in the UK, we can survey it.
For London buildings, see fire stopping and compartmentation surveys in London.
How do we schedule surveys nationally?
We group buildings by area so surveyors can work efficiently, then plan each visit around the building's operations: out-of-hours visits, school holidays, escorted access and permits. Where an urgent issue is found, we give it priority in reporting.
For portfolios, see Portfolio Survey Programmes.
What does a single point of contact mean?
One named contact agrees the schedule, keeps site contacts informed and tells you where each building is in the programme. You do not deal with a different team in every region.
Does legislation differ across the UK?
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (as amended) applies in England and Wales. Different fire safety legislation applies in Scotland and Northern Ireland, and our surveys work to it.
